Pixera

Pixera is different from every other integration here: it isn't a file you export and carry across. CuePoints opens a live network link to the Pixera server and sends the cues straight onto a timeline.

File > Export…, then press Prepare Pixera Live Link.

Set Pixera Up First

On the Pixera machine:

1. Open Settings (top right).

2. Go to the API settings.

3. Set the Input Network Adapter to the network CuePoints is on.

4. Make sure the HTTP / TCP protocol is active, and note the port number.

Connect From CuePoints

1. In the export window, choose the CuePoint Types and tracks you want to send.

2. Press Prepare Pixera Live Link.

3. Enter the IP address of the Pixera machine and the port you noted above.

4. Confirm the connection.

Send The Cues

1. Choose the destination timeline in the Pixera Timeline field. CuePoints reads the list of timelines from the server, so if it's empty the connection isn't up.

2. Highlight the track name you want to send.

3. Press Send Cues For Selected Track.

4. The cues appear on that Pixera track.

You send one track at a time. Highlight the next track and send again for each one.

When It Isn't Connecting

No timelines listed. The connection isn't established. Check the IP address and port match Pixera's API settings, and that both machines are on the same network.

Connected, but nothing arrives. Check you highlighted a track name before pressing send; the send is per track, not for the whole project.
