HOG 4

CuePoints exports your cues to HOG 4 as a cuelist XML.

File > Export…, set up the cue types and tracks as described in Exporting to Consoles, and press Export to Hog 4 XML.

One File Or Several

Individual File Per Track:

• Off: one XML containing every selected cue type across every selected track.

• On: one XML per track.

Save the file or files to a USB drive.

Importing Into HOG 4

1. Choose List > Open to open the list directory window.

2. Press Cuelist Import at the top of the window.

3. Select the XML file and press OKAY.

4. A dialogue confirms the import.

Your programming is safe. The import sets cuelist and cue names and adds or updates non-look data. It does not change fixture programming, so you can import onto a show you've already built.

Going The Other Way

CuePoints can also read a HOG 4 cuelist. File > Import CuePoints From File > To Current Track Hog4 Cuelist XML… brings the desk's cue list onto the current track, useful when the desk was programmed first and you're building the timecode afterwards.
