After the first year, the annual plan renews at £85 + tax per year, providing uninterrupted updates, support and our live sync services. If you cancel your plan, you can keep using your current version of CuePoints forever, but live sync functionality will stop working, and you won’t receive updates, upgrades or technical support.

We will not lock you out just because you don’t want to pay anymore.

Why the annual plan?

We only want to offer one version that works for everyone. One product, everything included. 

We also want to release new features as soon as they’re ready, rather than holding them back for major paid upgrades.

CuePoints is built for a specialist industry. An annual plan gives us predictable income to keep developing, testing and supporting it for the long term.

Operating systems update, protocols change, and supported imports/exports break. This is an ongoing task to keep CuePoints maintained and properly tested.

Live sync has ongoing costs. Syncing show data quickly and reliably around the world requires servers and infrastructure with running costs. The annual plan allows us to provide and maintain these services.

It’s been amazing to see the thousands of projects CuePoints has been used on since we launched in 2022. We appreciate all the support and feedback we’ve received, and we hope you’ll continue to support CuePoints as we build what’s next.

We’ve put more than two years of development, testing and late nights into this new version of CuePoints. It’s already been tested around the world on major music tours and theatrical productions. And we’re not stopping here. Beat Grid and Console Live Sync are already on our roadmap for the coming months, alongside continued improvements to CuePoints. We hope you will love the new features and we can't wait to see what you do with CuePoints.
